Pete I know what happened, listen to your body and get rest. Yes, you are right, its very depressing for you when everyone left. But, you are only human, and I do not want to see a thread you are in a hospital from exhaustion. Try cutting back to half days, get the golden boy to take you back off work for a bit. Go home, read, work on your flies or poles, anything just get out of that stinkng job, away from that darn jerk you work for for just a few short weeks. Pete, every time my sister came to visit I cried like a baby for weeks after she left and I had family here. But, this is a sister I only saw once a year.
I know your dr wants you to seek counseling, try a finding a good psychologist and giving one of them a whirl. I had an excellent one and had we not lost that benefit on our health ins don't think this gal wouldn't still be seeing her. She helped me very much. I did not need meds my PCP took care of that for me. But he knew the depression was eating my lunch and recom me to her. She wa an angel and she had experience with auto-immune diseases and was very helpful there too. I always felt liek the world had been lifted off my shoulders every time I left her office. I wish I could afford to go & pay out of pocket but its just not possible. Take care of Pete for us, ok...Susie
