Cronic Lower back and hip pain - help please

You definately need a MRI,  and for you siatic area you can get injection to help with the pain.  Chronic pain is no fun I have had it for 11 years non-stop.  I have had to lower lumbar surgeries the first one was because I have degenerative disc disease so I have the metal and screws in me. The second surgery was to re-due it because the screws went through the plate and were pressing on my nerves.  So now I have what they call Failed Back Surgery Syndrome, and always in pain.  My other back surgery was for a anacroid cyst wrapped around my spinal cord in the thorasic area, that surgery went well.  But my lumbar surgeries have been the death of me with all the pain meds have really messed up my intestines.

So get the proper scans you need because it could be something that needs surgery.  Good Luck to you

Whoah, whoah whoah, 1 thing at a time. Granted I could be do for an MRI and that would consist of knocking me out because I do not like those machines. 2 I came down with a very bad cold plus a little extra. It's hard to explain. I feel like it's a cross between a  bad cold and a mild mild flu like symtoms. I have been to the ER today and am finally home. And here I am after a good nap and remember very little of the whole day.  I know this part is a little off topic but I just have to tell it. My kitty Napoleon is tight to my side unless I have my son take him away. His brother Skittle almost got himself killed. He stuck his head into my bedroom and meowed very loudly. My son comes flying down the hallway, scoops him up and says to Skittle leave my mom alone or you are going to get yourself into big trouble. Then he shut my door and I went to sleep.
