Congrats to Chutz too. Grandkids are so awesome at keeping your mind busy. All these new fangled phones and devices are pretty awesome too at keeping you distracted. My husband said it is like the Jetsons. Or like Brad Paisleys new song (Welcome to the future) Lol. One of my favorite cartoons as a kid. My hand is better accept for my thumb. Oh well take what I can get. Barb

The eye is pretty much the same at the moment - not any better, but not worse either. I'm still waiting to hear back regarding the stim & the gamma knife surgery. The neurosurgeon was going to do some more research & talk with colleagues, so he didn't expect to have an answer for me for several weeks (it's only been 1 wk). If I don't hear back from him by the end of September, I'll start pushing the issue. I'm not expecting any miracles, but it would be nice if I had some options...

I move back to campus next weekend & start classes September 8th. This will be my senior year. Just two more semesters to get through, or perhaps I should say "survive." Thanks for the well wishes! I sure need them to get through this upcoming year!

You know we'll be rooting for you on all fronts - with the docs and with your senior year (woohoo!).

I know it's going to be a challenge, and all you can do is your best. Heaven knows you sure have been trying! If for some reason you have to take a break, so be it. But we'll be hoping you can make it to graduation! Maybe we'll all come!!!
