Where is Metropolis IL? Is that around Joliet? One of the riverboat casinos? I have only been to one casino off of I-55 with my friend and he was driving as he goes there all the time, but that was many many years ago, and I don't remember the name, but I don't remember them haveing food. I know the Casio over by Omaha Nebraska where my oldest daughter lives has one heck of a dining place and they really put out the food! Anyway sound like you have a good plan for Turkey Day!

For myself I bought two turkey legs and a couple of Turkey Necks, I am going to Roast the legs and boil the turkey necks and use the meat and the broth to make Turkey Bread dressing Tomorrow I will grind the oranges and Cranberries and make the Cranberry salad, and do the dressing, that way on Turkey day I will only reheat the dressing and roast the legs and make the gravy ( will use instant mashed taters) then I will watch the Macy Day Parade while the legs are roasting and then I will eat my Turkey meal and put in a VCR tape (Miracle on 34 th Street Orginal Version,) and watch it! It will be the three of us " me, myself and I" for this ThanksGiving! I know it might sound funny doing all that cooking for just me, but I like to cook and I want to have a traditional Thanks Giving like I normally have, and I will not let this year being by myself change that! Anyway this will be a whole new experience for me, but I need to get used to it! So no time like the present!

Rhonda can I join you. I love playing the slots. We have an Indian casino one hour from my front door. They have built onto it so much. Now when you pull up it looks like the strip in Las Vegas. Its totally awesome. Win bunches.
