Lorie...I was told that HW does hold a convention once a year...and that the CP forum has one too. Chutz would know if thats true....and if it is...and I can travel...I'm in! :)

what US State are you in?? just wondering are you going to be showing your kitten
as there is a CFA cat show in Houston, TX January 9-10 and your kitten would still be young enough
for the kitten category..check out the cat fancier association website....Maybe I could meet you at this
show, would be nice.....I'm near Houston, Texas...

   Chart...I live in KS...and right now....I'm in no shape to travel at this time....I hug the bed every chance I can get...as I feel awful most of the time....a combination between the pain...and the meds, if you can understand that. We also have our plate overloaded right now, with the sale of the business and my fulltime job that I work at. I do have friends in Texas...so I could come down there...when I get to feeling better in the future. Take care now....your friend ...Michael

Oh yeah, sorry, I hug the bed sometimes too ...sure would be nice for a meet up but of course you
have to be feeling up to it too, I jumped the gun, so to speak, sorry....Hopefully your surgery will go good
and last you longer than 10 years...We've driven thru Kansas before, I just can't remember if it was on the way up to Michigan or
when we went thru Iowa (hwy 45 North) I've been thru more States then I can remember (fibro fog)..
and will ya Northerner's please stop sending the snow South, this is Texas we're supposed to be warm, lol
we have a chance for snow on Friday night 4th December, only if it gets cold enough..Houston and snow, they don't
know how to drive on it..geezee...

You can't blame us for sharing, can you? LOL Besides, it's fun for us northerners to watch all the footage of people trying to drive in all this who should just stay home! And trying to build a snowman with barely a dusting of snow!

    *warm huggs* Sorry havnt been posting much. Not really having the best go of things latly. In anycase,  I do not know if it is "yearly" or not, but there was a "Boston Meet-Up" this past summer (July 2009). You will have to email Mr.Waite to see if he planns on it being yearly or not. I could not find info pertaining to it on Healing well for some strange reason? But there is refrence to it on his My Space page. Here is link

Really PALady, it looks more like a light frost than snow, but living here in the south it's the
closest thing to snow we get...and I'm from the North and do know how to drive in this but I stay home
when there is a chance of snow cause the people here really don't know how to drive on it...
wish they'd stays home...Michael sorry I hijacked your thread, hope you feel better soon and
