Snow

Yesterday we had our first measurable snow in NW Ohio and tonight we're looking at freezing rain with gusts up to 50 mph tomorrow. My whole body feels swollen ever since it got cold. Yuck! Yuck! and double Yuck!

Maybe we should all group together and make a commune (sp?) Pete lives where it is warm in the winter so we'll all head down there in early November, then when it gets too hot & humid down in Florida we can all head north again. Hubby & I would also like to sell our house but like White Beard is finding out the economy is not good right now unless you want to give your home away for chicken feed prices. If we could all sell our homes and just group together and own two big ones we could be sitting pretty well. I think we've all become tolerant and understanding with our CP and could live together easily.

Screaming could take group pictures of us all together and PaLady could play with our pets til her hearts content.

Oh, yes, Hawaii. I was stationed at Ford Island which is at the mouth of Pearl Harbor while in the Navy. That is definately the perfect weather. Only problem with Hawaii is the cost of living. Since everything has to be shipped it everything is also very expensive. I was paying $650 for a small 1br apt. back in 1985 so I can't imagine what it is now.

Hey Scarred I didn't know you lived in KS. I live in the Junction City area and we've seen some white stuff once this season but it wasn't measurable. North KS had a snow storm not too long ago with approx. 8" I believe. I don't like the snow but it comes and goes like hot and cold, humidity and dry. It would be nice to find the perfect place.

The realtor came to the house last night and we are lowering the price, knocked off 7 grand to see if that will help get it sold! down from 165 thou. to 157.9 thou. The market is so slow right now! You know I have been to allot of different places but I have never been to Hawaii, not yet anyway!
