Dear Susie,
thank you for your replay. I hope you are able to relax this evening.
So, has any of your bone loss slowed down any at all?
I will not know til beginning of feburary. I have bone scanns schedualed, alot rests on the results. I am hoping for the best but I have lost a few inches from my hight.
but sort of remember they found a prblem with your thyroid. Is this correct or am I thinking of someone else.
Yes. My absorption rate is 0.0025. I recieve 200,000 Units per month Vit D. No calcium is needed because my diet provides more than enough. They think there may be another "factor" to the bone loss. Apparently my white blood cell count has been high for quite some time. The long term fever seems to be a source of concern.
My "bones" seem to be taking a front seat. Thou I am sure by now the rest of my doctors have recieved word that my eyes are degenerating and stripping cells. Lord only knows what they will do next when the eye surgeon contacts them. Ive lost alot in just one year. My hearing to my bones and everything inbetween. Too much for me. Too much for anyone I think.
Bleh! too much to think about right now. In any case, I hope you have a relaxing evening. *hugg*
Dear PALady,
THANK YOU. Exactly what I was looking for. Perfect. Thank you very very much. I hope you have a good evening and again I cannot thank you enough. *Huggs*
Dear Jag,
thank you *huggs* but please dont worry. The pain , I guess tha pain is bones detioriating, really... each level only makes me sick and dizzy and vomit for a few weeks before I get used to each level. All the rest.. the hearing, eyes, teeth, tetany, parathesis, bone loss, insomnia, etc etc ... its doesnt seem very real. Its like I know its hapening to me, but it is hard to acknowladge that its me going through it. Just gotta take deep breaths and keep pushing through it one day at a time. *shruggs* I was telling my husband the other day "You know, its a good thing my memory is so bad, otherwise this **** might really bumm me out." small giggle over that. Anyway, no worries! *huggs*
I just wish there were some way I could help you with your SS case! It frightens me when I hear about all the trouble everyone goes through to get approved. Everyone keeps politly "mentioning" social security to me the last 6+mos, and I dread the subject. I just steer the conversation towards something different as quick as possible. Well, I should end this here. But, I do hope you have a great evening.
*huggs*
