Hi Kimber,

I wanted to ask how you are doing now. I read your post where you were running a temp. Did you ever hear back from the dr or did you end up going to ER?

I know you have the gallbladder thing going on right now too. Wanted to add to avoid dairy as much as possible along with anything else that is high in fat. Back years ago when I did the Hida Scan they had me drink this stuff that was like half & half and let me tell you, my gall bladder went nuts when it hit it. It brought on an attack right then. The tech had warned me this may happen & it did.

No the dr never called me back. I ended up going to the er . er wanted my dr to admit me but he wouldnt. they gave me a shot of morphine for pain and zofran for nasea and vomiting. told me to take tylenol for the fever and bentyl and zofran while I am at home. I dont think the nurse is giving him my messages. I am going to let him know whn I see him on thursday . I also havent slept in 2 nights going to see if he will get me something else for sleep.

Kimber,
Why wouldn't your doctor admit you? Or why didn't the ER doc go ahead and admit you? They don't admit people easily these days; there has to be solid reasons and it sounds like there were. Something doesn't seem right here.
