Ingrown Toenail

I had this problem last winter.  I slathered Neosporin on the toe and covered it with a band-aid.  It took several weeks, but it drew out the infection and the nail had grown so I didn't have the problem anymore.  I hope yours clears up this easily.

Thanks to all on the replies! The tow is getting better, and thankfully I caught it before it got infected. It was just very painful and hard to walk normally with it. I'm still on the antibiotics and will be for a few more days.
Maybe I will get lucky, and it will push past the end of the toe, where I can trim it correctly.
