Seems everyone has had some rough days.
Well we joined a gym on Saturday. It's a family fun and fitness. I hate putting out the money but since it's turning fall here and snow will be on the ground before we blink an eye, figured I better do domething to get in shape now and keep the kids busy during the cabin fever months.(walking in the mall is not my idea of fun exercise). Went with hubby, and younger 3 kids on Saturday and we had a good time. Younger 2 kids went climbing the rock wall, and on the hoisted trampoline, and basketball,etc.. My older daughter, hubby and I went to this special course that works on toning muscles and is quick on burning calories. I was HURTING Sunday!! My joints were screaming. I don't see how the x-rays of my hands were fine when I hurt like this!! I was going to go in the pool but chickened out for fear of scaring the "tiny" people with my big butt in a bathing suit..haha. So monday my older son and younger 3 went with me to the gym and we did these bikes and different things that were connected to video games. I was surprised it was so much fun to race them, or try to hit the most dragons while exercising. 
Then my daughter and I went back to do the course we did before. I had to soak my feet in the jaquizzi after the hour and half we did. 
Today my nw pr Dr. called and said the x-ray's came back of my back and I have severe arthritis.Bcause the insurance co. is ignorant I have to take more arthritis meds to see if it helps before they can do the mri to see how bad the herniation is..and I have decent insurance..so mind boggling and backwards!! Meanwhile I have been taking the muscle relaxers, other arthritis meds, and viocodin that she prescribed. It helps somewhat but wow days like I had at work today..those meds can't touch that pain!!
So I hope everyone is doing good and just as glad that hump day is almost here. I need this 3 day weekend just to recoupe. My hubby said how you gonna handle the working out, work, the kids ,and trying to go back to school..I said"have you ever read the post here? These people are going through and do far more than me..I think I better try to handle it :>))". Everyone hang in there. Still no more updates about mom..she's on like day 6 with no meds and miserable. Biopsy scheduled for next week. Thanks for all the well wishes. Take care, Heather
