I'm up to four exercises a day. This new one makes my my back hurt very quickly.
It's called sit to stand. I'm having to stand and sit with my butt sticking out and leaning into my hips using my legs to stand instead of my back.
I can only do five before my back gripes.
The doctor finally called about my x-rays I had two weeks ago. She said my L5-s1 disk is squashed so much it looks like a football player's shoulder pads sticking out on both sides. She said thank goodness it's stable.
I'm still having spasms, milder, but still painful. The stretches help some, but not always.
So I asked her about getting me a different muscle relaxer since Flexeril makes me sweat so much I feel like I'm in a furnace. She ordered me skelacten (?), but I can't afford the co-pay ($75). I was going to call her again today to change it to a cheaper one but I forgot.
I guess I try to remember to do it tomorrow.
