Out of hospital, surgery was succesful!

Hi Everyone!!!!

I got home from the hospital 2 days ago and i'm so excited to be back!!

I'm still on pretty strong pain killers and in a fair bit of pain ( less that i had thought though ) so i probably wont give u a full run down on my surgery :)

Went in pretty scared but had my mum, dad, sister and Jess (who is buttercup here) holding my hand the whole way, they were all so good to me!

Came out of surgery, took 8 hours to do it all - longer than expected but not cuz anything went wrong just took longer.

Felt AWFUL coming out, vomiting from the anaesthetic and the pain was the worst i have ever felt.. but they gave me some nausea tablets and i was feeling alot better within an hour!!! They got the pain down a bit which was goodbut still didn't sleep the first 2 nights i think partly just coz i wasnt at home etcThe pain decreased alot over the next few days and i was starting to move a bit! Jess and my sister came in and brought me so many things to do and just sat with me for ages which was good to have. dad stayed with me during the nights. after about 6 days they said everything was looking really good and i would be able to go home not long afte5. The nurses in there were so great and the doctors too. I had feared having this done so much, but in the end everything went better than fine, it was perfect considering what i'd had done and what was to be expected. And everyones really confident it worked this time. The pains going down each day and im becoming more mobile.

I can't wait til im healed and will have less pain :) :)

Wow, it's so very nice to hear good news, I'll be hoping that each day it
gets better for you...Prayers and hugz and follow your doctors orders to
the tea...meaning take things very slowly for now...
