Weather Changes

      The weather doesn't seem to bother me, at least I dont think so. I hurt all the time.

I do find my back hurts more on rainy days. Probably will on cold days once they get settled in down here in the south.

I have a fairly narrow window, temp wise, where I am relatively comfortable and that my pain levels are not adversely effected. Generally speaking that is between 70 and 75 degrees, or course that is with low humidity and no more than a lite breeze.

It has been very cold & rainy here all day. My pain has never been bothered too much by the weather (it gets a little worse during bad weather, but nothing horrible), but I found today that my stimulator battery implant site (which has not bothered me at all since a couple days post-op) has been aching and burning all day. It's bizzare. The only thing that I can think of that is different is the weather. I haven't lifted any heavy dogs for several days, and no large animal work either, so I know it's not something I did at work. I wonder if this is going to be the "new thing" when the weather gets bad. Ick.

  Dear Chart,

   I am so sorry. You have had so much going on from your lungs to your eyes, new medications.. and now this. *hugg* I wish there were some way that I could help you. I know of course that you have an increadible spirit and will pull through.. at the same time it pains me to know you are so very overwhelmed.

     Please, don't give up. Keep fighting. I know you can over come this too, it will just take a long time and a lot of work. You can do this!

    know you are in my family's prayers for strength during such an uncertian time.

So sorry to hear you're depressed Char, it is never easy dealing with so many conditions and chronic pain on top. No wonder its become so overwhelming!

My heart is with you, I am so glad you are getting some professional help. I think trying to adjust mentally to ourever changing bodies is as hard as dealing with the physical problems.

I know I went through a major struggle myself earlier in the year, but like the weather, remember we move on. We are forever changing, so keep your head up, you're a wonderfully strong women and you will get through this. It won't last, although at the time it can seem endless.
