Hello Friends,

i just wanted to share with you a new book I picked up while stranded at JFK.

The Pain Chronicles.

It is them most interesting book on chronic pain I have ever found. It covers chronic pain
from every angle even where it is seen as a disease in itself like diabetes.

I never realized how many people are suffering from constant pain and how the stigma around
giving medication for this has put chronic pain sufferers in a class by themselves who are actually being mistreated by the medical world and others who have no idea what this is like.
