Hi s24!
I just wanted to stop by and welcome you also. I agree with straydog...your question is a very serious one and should be answered by your doctor. Usually we associate pain with something being wrong and that's normally so. But there are plenty of occasions when that isn't true. Broken bones don't always cause pain until there is swelling, some disorders like Fibromyalgia cause pain and there is no damage or injury to cause it, even some kidney disorders cause pain and the best research hasn't found out why and what to do about it. Just a glimpse of why it's so hard to know.
I quick call to your doctor's office should put your mind at ease. Please keep posting and let us know how the healing is coming along. We have quite a few people with shoulder injuries who can give you tips on how they healed over time.
Warm hugs,
Chutz
