Has anyone else ended up like me, on high high doses of magnesium
for muscle pain? I think there is a syndrome, hypomagnesmia or something.
I think it was about chronic need or inability to absorb it well, so a l ot as to be taken. This would make sense as I'm likely leaky gut, and know I have lack of stomach acid. Any I'd read up on it and it said if I took too much Id get dirreah, and so I take just enough not to, 3 x per day, morning, afternoon and at bedtime. But it does end up being like 6.5 times the RDA for magnesium. But it's been a muscle pain reliver like you cannot believe.
