Hello NiNi53!
Well....I'm not quite sure I understand the question, but I will rattle on here and take a stab at a few ways you can respond or at least research a members post.
Of course, you can always reply to any post here on the board by hitting the "Post Reply" button. If you would like to grab a members attention, you can simply post a new topic and headline it with the members name.
I don't think a single member will view this as intrusive, and will actually welcome the shout out to them. We are one big family after all, and concern and compassion is always welcome here.
You might also try and post a topic with the members name, and in the body ask them to contact you via email, if you wish to visit in private. Remember though, not all members will want their email address known, and may not reply back to you. They can however leave a message and invite you to the chat room for a good visit. Please note that you can also have a private chat without other members viewing what is shared between the two of you.
Then if your wanting to try and recall someones conversation, you can always hit the "search" button and type in the members name and the topic you best recall was related to the original post. Anything tied to that particular member and that topic will be presented in a selection of websites for your choosing. They should all be Healing Well related.
I hope this helps, and if not, you may contact any one of the Moderators, and they will be happy to assist you. I'm also available and can be reached by email. Simply click on my name and it will take you to a page where my address is listed. This holds true with any of the Moderators as well, plus any member who has listed their email address.
Sorry if I missed the jest of your question. Anybody feel free to chip in here if you understand the question better than I do. I have a feeling I did not do this justice.
Take care,
SE
