hey question would u have decompression done by chiroprator for herniated disk L5 S1
yes or no and why trying to make my mind up friday?

Just know that you can try actual traction at an Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon's office...They would be the one's to look at your MRI and 'if' it was recommended...it is done by them in their offices.
As well as trying injections with lidocaine or nerve blocks.
I am sorry you have to postpone some relief, but glad to hear that a Chiro isn't doing this and possibly injure you!

Had it done....doesn't work...at least for me I felt a little better for about
5 days...a waste of $'s.....just my opinion....
