Remote controller with csc displays a lock in a circle with a line through it. Any experience?

The remote seems to have no contact with the device. Is it device or remote? I will be calling in a bit. Any experience would be helpful.

When you turn your remote on does it beep, then ask for an upload? If yes, can you locate your unit and upload? If yes, is that when you see a lock with a circle and a line through it?

It's been a few days since I've posted, I hope you had a chance to speak to your rep. It sounded like you were locked out either by accident or on purpose. Some dr.s will have the remote pre-programed so you can only do certain things and some dr.s will leave it up to the patient and the rep. Hopefully you've had a chance to get this straightened out. Good luck with your unit either way!
