read mysti's post,its funny yet so true

 slow down it will be there tomorrow !As long as I follow this advice.It will be much easier to controll the pain! The worst part of the problem for me is the lack of independence,not being able to drive my car much, not able to mow the lawn ect.I just keep tell myself it might not be forever if the surgery works 70%chance.In canada the waits are so long.So controlling the pain is my only option.Great advice Mysti,thanks take care 

It was a post you put under something Iposted and its the best advice ,thanks !Even today I went for a small walk and pain is so steady ,the past few days .Iam really being careful,I see the surgeon tomorrow,Ireally hope its a surgery date ,in canada its so long wait lists,Its been such along wait allready and the pain is progressing,Ican't imagine how much more Iwill have to endure.Iguess more pain meds ,if thats the case ,yet the ones Iam on dull the pain but its always there.I do count my blessings because I stand a chance of the pain being gone with the surgery ,till then Imake the best of it ,takecare

           Becaues if the time difference of our countrys...this is probably getting to you a little late, but I wanted to wish you good luck on you're appointment today. I know that your eager to get a surgery date set for your problem.

      I took off a few days off the forum, and I'm slowley getting back in the grove here....it's just taking me a little longer than I thought....still having sleeping problems.
