Please, please, please either fill them or tell the Dr about
the issues (money or whatever). Occasionally they will just prescribe a different amount to help you save money and/or they will reduce your prescript
ion to the correct number. You do not want to risk problems with medications or pain management.
I have had to do this for 20+ years, since I have always had to have an "active" prescription to verify appropriate use for work or for my PM. It's not worth the problems if you don't need the meds as often as they prescribe.
If you are getting the meds prescribed to keep Dr apts and things for SSD, you don't want to be caught not filling them, because they CAN tell!
