but this pain in the head, literally speaking, is killing me. I have such a hard time with this constant severe headache and never having any relief. I am sorry I haven't been able to support you all in the past couple of weeks.

I see that there are several new members, so I would like to extend a warm welcome to each of you and know that you have found a wonderful place to get support and friendship.

Suzane- I'm one of the newbies here and I am SO happy I found this place. I'm so sorry that you've been having such a hard time with severe headaches- what a bummer. I have headaches pretty often, sometimes sinus, sometimes tension and about twice a year I will have a migraine, so I feel for you having such bad ones and having no relief.

Hi Suzane,

Sorry you are having such a tough time:( I haven't been around for a long time myself because of many family issues...I miss everyone too!..

It's important to always take the time you need to care for yourself...I so wish they could find a good plan for you to get your pain to a more tolerable level...

Where are things standing right now? Any more possibilities with anything new? Or switching/tweaking medication? Or just plugging along....

I have tried all narcotic meds and other meds and nothing touches this pain. I have seen tons of docs, done many different types of treatments and nothing, like notta. Nothing helps me. I keep ice on my head all the time trying to freeze my head. I never have any relief.

I am so sorry that nothing is helping. When do you see your Dr again? I wish there was something I could do, all I can do is offer my support and prayers. I really hope you have some relief!

I was getting a little worried about you, but know we are caring for you...

Thinking of you both, Suzane and Laura. Seems to be hard times for many of us.... please know I'm thinking and praying for you both.

Suzane, I put this out on the FB page, too.... but I wanted to tell you that people come from all over the world to UCSF here.... they have a Headache Clinic.... That is where I had the babies, when absolutely nobody would touch me. There were literally people there from all over the place. These are just things you might want to explore.... I know there would be lots of hurdles to get through to do something like this (just the logistics; finances; so forth).... but we'd all help you figure it out!

Until then, I know how frustrated you are... and I always pray for your healing....
