Hi, I just joined this forum, thought it will be helpful for my future health problems.
Recently I had chest pain in the middle of my chest. Right in the middle. My parents said that it is posture. I thought so at first as the pain always go away after sitting upright.
This afternoon I start experiencing slight difficulty breathing after exercising under the hot sun. This continues until after dinner, when I feel much better.
During the period of time I have experience momentary chest pains that go away when I sit upright, and sometimes when I sit on the floor for too long a time as well (only when I sit on the floor, it doesn't happen when on the chair). The pains were endurable, and only lasts a few seconds. Sometimes I also experience this pain when turning to certain positions.
Could anyone explain these symptoms and methods to prevent it from happening again? Is it really the posture?
