extreme pain in rectum

Hi, I had a rectocele repair about 6 months ago. Well about two days ago I was very constipated and had a large bm ,after I used the restroom it felt like I might have ripped my butt a little. That evening when I went back to the restroom (to do number 2) it felt like all of my insides were trying to come out of me. Then my rectum and the inside of my vagina started burning bad!! Now every time I have used the bathroom it burns like that. When it burns it is so unbearable that all I can do is cry and crawl into the bathtub to put cool water on myself. This is really embarrassing but I really need sum advice on what to do.....I am a little worried that in between my two areas are ripped and thats the reason for the burning If any one knows whats going on please tell me thanks

I really think you should be going to the emergency room. A corrective surgery will leave scar tissue that wouldn't be "flexible" like the tissue is supposed to be. If you tore something, you could have internal bleeding, or worse a bowl issue that went, or is about to go septic. I wouldn't take a chance on this one, I would get medical help pronto! Better safe than sorry. It may also be possible that you herniated something, which if you did, your bowels are obviously involved, so again, emergency room. Could just be hemorrhoids, very unpleasant, but again, I wouldn't chance it if it was me. Id go to the ER.
