I am an IC/PFD patient and decided to have botox injections in my pelvic floor. Insurance initially said they would pay for it, but now they denied it. I am going to appeal, but need research. If anyone has had this done, or has a link to a research article supporting it (prefer a scientific journal) please send it my way! Thanks!
