Sorry, last night was one of her worse yet. Expecting tonight to be equally bad. But, she finally sees this top rated neurosurgeon in the morning at 0930. WC still hasn't even set up an appt. yet with the dr. of their choice. This appt. was made a week before WC took over the case. She doesn't want to turn own a "bird in hand". She said, Blue Cross and WC can fight with each other to see who pays for it. This neruosurgeon does do WC cases, so we are hoping in the end it didn't matter.

This way, her condition can be accessed properly in the morning, and hopefully a treatment plan started for her. She is approaching the 4 week mark, without a real neuro dr. even looking at her. She is hoping at least, he may do or send or off for some kind of spinal injections to ease her pain and suffering. Plus all the pain meds that the WC dr. gave her last week will run out by Wednesday of this week.

She was up most of the night again in severe pain. Nights are worse for her.

Thanks for the update David. Sorry to hear things aren't any better. Hope the appt is helpful tomorrow and that he prescribes her more meds. She surely can't continue on like this. She, as well as yourself, must be totally exhausted.
