Hi magicmarker, I dont have experience with frozen shoulder, but I have plenty of experience with shoulder problems. Mine started my freshman year of high-school in a football game, landed on my left shoulder, and a nice portly 390 lb guy landed on me lol. My latest xrays and mri from October, show that the humeral head in my shoulder is collapsing, tendons are all messed up, cartilage is gone, and the muscles are all frayed all around it. So I'm fairly experienced with shoulder problems lol.
May I ask, are you seeing a shoulder specialist for this? Have they tried manual manipulation under sedation? I have to say, bilateral, ooyyy! I have one bad shoulder, I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to have both two bad shoulders.
Anyways, I just wanted to welcome to the forum, you're in a great place, with people who understand. All of us are here with our own stories, and different things that brought us here. For me, my back brought me here; despite my shoulder's condition, it never really hurt that bad, but my back, and now my feet and ankles, that's on a whole different level of pain.
Welcome, and I hope you find the support and understanding that you're looking for. Take care.
