U.S. Healthcare

I apologize for raising this subject, I only wanted to express that I care for those who were having problems with getting help for their pain. We can all agree to disagree in regards to the reasons for problems with your health care systems. My only hope is to see positive effective changes with your new Affordable Care Act.

In time, we will see the outcome of this new act.

No need to apologize. It's hard to discuss the health care system in the U.S. without it going political, because it can be so polarizing in the current political atmosphere in the U.S. And since you can't get into political things (according to HW rules) its becomes a slippery slope anytime this subject comes up. This has happened often on the Prostate Cancer side, and the mods there have to quickly lock threads before WW3 breaks out.

In theory, we should all be adult enough to discuss this so very important subject without it breaking down into what usually happens. I have been to some of the political sites (lurking only) and it amazes me the utter hatefulness that breaks out in this discussion.

As far as your topic goes, something has to happen, something needed to happen. Even getting the ACA passed in the first place was a miracle. I think its only fair for its full implementation takes place next year before people start saying how much they hate it and how it sucks. That's kind of like putting the cart before the horse, in my opinion.

I hope things improve for all Americans in our health care systems.

I went with the AARP supplements, because I trust that organization. Not saying its cheaper or better, but I have had good service through them so far.
