Just sitting here think about how I got here and I just wanted to thank you for encourging me to check this place out when we met 2 years ago on the Sleep Apnea forum, wherever that was,lol. I know it took me a bit, thinking why would a person my age need support for chronic pain, yeah, OK,lol. blush

Then I was openly welcomed by everyone else, just an awesome group of people!

I dont post alot or reply, but I do read most of the posts and gain encouragement from them. I try to think realistically and have a good outlook but sometimes it gets tough, I guess todays alittle sappy,lol.

Anyway, thanks again Whitebeard and everyone else of course!!

This is a nice group. I also spend more time lurking than posting, but I'm always given support when needed.

I agree. People have been wonderful. I too met WhiteBeard thru the sleep apnea group, and he very kindly directed me here for my chronic pain concerns. Thank you, WhiteBeard!

I appreciate the Thanks, but the Thanks really goes to all the good folks right here on this forum! I was introduced to this forum by Chutzie when she we started talking on the Sleep Apnea Support forum. I owe allot to her for introducing me to Healing Well! Everyone was and is so helpful and they really helped me get through a very rough time in my life. Having Chronic Pain and also going through a rather nasty divorce and also having spinal surgery, and my family here at Healing Well was right there with me giving me a compassionate ear, and caring support! I think it is just natural to want to share my good fortune of knowing and being able to be a part of this place. I just hope that others can also benefit from all the great help that these fine people here on this forum provide. People here really do understand what it is like to live with chronic pain!

I'm teasing you.... but please take in the compliments, because you HAVE done a fabulous job of sharing HW on the Sleep Apnea forum.....

PLUS - you've done a great job educating us here at HW about Sleep Apnea.... as well as providing info, support, compassion and so forth to all of us - in regards to chronic pain and just other life matters (for instance, a woman with multiple health challenges, freaking out about getting pregnant w/ twins, haha... and just reassuring her that it will be ok, no matter what)!

Thanks for your friendship over the years... know you are appreciated!
