I am helping Tina out this morning, she has a lot of things going on with the kids out of school for summer break. Oh,I know they are all excited to get some time off too.

So, check in......let us know how your weekend went. Did anyone get to do something special by any chance? Does anyone have anything special for the week ahead? Let us hear what you have planned for the week....

Family visited.. always nice ;D

Had to go to grocery store a few days ago & have not yet recovered : o

House is a wreck - just not yet flexible enough to do a lot of bending so will be messy for awhile longer but is a happy mess

Hoping the weather cooperates for fireworks on the 3rd & 4th..
And for the achy bodies ...

Got a George Foreman grill, had to get cooking times off the internet, cooked potato's, burgers and onions on this grill and was pretty good all in all...
Pain wise it was bad over the weekend and I needed ertra, but doctor cleared me for the extra.
Got plans to see a late movie on July 3rd, then going to sleep in on the 4th and not go to the parade. However, we plan to leave at 7:30p.m get an ice cream and then get a place to watch the fireworks and just to take it easy...
So, my advise is to make it an easy holiday without over doing things, as pain can sneak up on us....

Been busy in our little zoo.

My oldest had her boyfriend over Saturday for the day. We're very pleased, he's such a nice young man. And they were so cute together. Of course hubby is freaking out because he doesn't want her dating. And told her she couldn't date until she got married. lol

We've had so much rain that I think we all have webbed feet.

Spent the morning with my 2 older girls volunteering at our local humane society. The girls need the community service hours for National Honor Society at school. And hubby took the youngest 2 for our littliest PT appointment.

No appointments for me this week. PT for our daughter on Wednesday and we finally go in to pick up her orthotic on Friday. And in between catering to a house full of teens. My grocery bill is crazy since we became the local hang out for all the kids friends. Plus side is at least we know what there doing.

Hoping the sun comes out or at least it stops raining long enough so we can get into the pool this week. Its not looking to promising.

My back is thinking its time for a little nap. lol Hope everyone has a great week!

Having a couple very terrible health days. Haven't felt this lousy in several weeks (maybe months)....

Have lots of stress going on - so that's probably adding to my health/pain issues....

That being said.... life doesn't stop, unfortunately.

We are painting the inside/outside of our house; new carpets/flooring - my house is torn up and it's driving me crazy.

Next week - five of my kids are gone!! (sorry to sound too excited, lol... but they are off to do fun stuff, and it gives this wiped out mom a break!).... I will be down to three kids at home - that's a breeze!!

Hi everyone Saturday, Jerome and I sat around watching tv, and on the internet. Yesterday we went to our local carnival. We didn't have much money, but we did enjoy the music there.

Tomorrow, I have an appointment with my counselor, and the rest of the week is free.

On July 4th, we are going to Buffalo, to see the fireworks, and whatever else they have to offer. I hope everyone has a low pain day, and are able to enjoy the day.

Welll you guys know how my weekend was... Monday has been full of worry. We go to the vet in two and a half hours (but who's counting).

Oh and I've worried myself into a full blown spike in pain. Or maybe it's for another reason and it's just a coincidence that it's happening now.

I hope all of you have low pain weeks and many, many blessings! Happy monday All!

Am praying for all those having a rough start to their week..

Certainly not loving this hot and humid weather on the east coast but know that those out west are having a really bad time with record heat! The part I love about summer is all the yummy fresh fruits and veggies. I am stocked up and enjoying fresh corn, cherries, watermelon, and making my own favorite Caprese salad!

I also am very heavy hearted this morning hearing about the loss of life of 19 fellow Firefighters in AZ...Even though it's been many years since I was active, I still consider them to be in my "family."

Lindsey: How did the appointment at the vent went?
SB: Didn't know about what happened. Now reading it online. It's very sad indeed.

I'm counting down day for my vacation. Things just keep getting worst. Pain, breakdown, now my dad is back at the hospital... All the bad things come to me at one time.
