DOES NUCYNTA RAISE YOUR HEART RATE??

I don't think that a racing heart is a normal reaction to any type of pain medication. Did they discover in the ER that your having trouble breathing was due to a true allergic reaction or just the anxiety from the racing heart? Usually a true reaction will be hives and swelling (inside and out) which then causes the trouble breathing.

It could be that you are just on way too high of a dosage if it wasn't converted correctly from what you were taking previously.

I'm actually really shocked that they told you to go ahead and continue with the medication after the visit to the ER.....Did they tell you to contact your Dr. asap about this? I hope so.....

If not, you need to do this now, even after hours and figure out what they want you to do. I'm sure it was a scary feeling and hopefully you can work with your Dr. to find another medication that will work better.

I have been being checked for lymphnoma for almost the last year. The pain I was experiencing was in my lower right groin area was what originally brought me to er last october. Got a cat scan and they found my liver was swollen,lympnodes swollen ,and a swollen spleen. have been bi opsied 4 times in my groin area. I have a bad node under my pancreas they cant get to  and it has now spread to my throat n underarm. Im seeing a good 5 -6 diff drs. have to see a lung dr i just found out for the ne in my throat. It just doesnt end.

I take Nucynta 200MG ER's (Highest dose they make) and never experienced what you're feeling. You might be allergic to something in the pill.

I was taking a daily pill for migraines called Topimax and got rushed to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. I had pancreatitus which normally alcoholic's get and I don't drink. Come to find out it's a side effect to Topimax.

I've been taking Nucynta ER 150 x2 for almost 4 months.I can definitely tell that it's effected my breathing.My Sister told me she could hear me breathing from the next room.I probably should discuss this with Pain Management.I want this medicine to be the magic pill that makes everything better but I'm starting to see some pretty serious side effects.
