The above contains a pun -- if not too blatant :p
Well, I've been thrilled by how much better I've been doing pain-wise for the past 3 weeks. My left side has been 50-70% better, and thankfully, I've been able to cut back on my oxycodone (which is helping less and making me just too sleepy).
Anyhow, my right shoulder has been giving me problems for a couple of weeks -- just lying in bed (on left side) with my head modestly angled to the right, my right shoulder would begin to ache and get worse and worse. After 20 minutes in that position, it would be too much for me.
So, I suspect that the chiropractic "adjustments" have caused the spinal pathologies on the right to finally become symptomatic!
Doctors have always been baffled at how the spinal pathologies on my right side are worse yet it is my left side where I have all the pain. Thanks to my Chiro, that seems to be shifting.
In fact, the right shoulder has routinely been getting up to a "7" pain-wise, where my left rarely gets that high - more like a 4 most days.
I saw my GP and he wants me to return to my excellent PT for an assessment.
UG! I was starting to feel a glimmer of hope that I finally found a way to really get better.
