Here's one that actually has ample adjustments:
www.kneelsit.com/designpics.htmlSookie -- I work at home, writing. I need to be able to sit for 8-12hrs per day. However, I have hip problems that get seriously aggravated in regular chairs; and my scoliosis causes me significant pain when I lean forward (such as when typing, eating, chopping, etc..).
For the past 3 or so years, I've used a zero gravity chair, but I find myself leaning forward often still (to read a quote, to look carefully at the screen, etc).
So, I'm thinking I'll get a kneeling chair and weld on an extra few bars to create a thoracic support.
The above is fairly expensive and would be a hassle to return if it doesn't work for me. I just, though bought the following and once it arrives, I think I'll just adapt it to my needs.
