The idea of spinal injections scare me as well. Having DDD, stenosis, scoliosis,....ad nauseam, I don't feel safe or comfortable with needles being stuck into my spine.
I half expect when I get scheduled with a PMC up here that they'll recommend that, and I won't be off to a very good start.
I'll happily jump through hoops as well, but it's frustrating when you're on a track that's working very well, and you're productive and your quality of life is improved,...then they insist on switching things up and sticking needles in your spine or dose you up with various anti-depressants, muscle relaxants and nerve-pain mediations.
If it ain't broke, why do they keep trying to fix it?
