Muscle "Twitch" or "Flutter" -- non-stop 2 weeks

This doesn't cause me pain, and I'm not feeling spasms, tightness, or anything radiating,---but it's irritating.  I've had a twitch going on for 2 weeks now in my rear delt muscle.  It flutters aggressively and even through my shirts, you can see the twitching.

It's not such a deep twitch that it pulls my arm or shoulder.  It's in a small area, it hasn't spread or gotten worse, but it's still here.  Which is distracting.  Trying to go about my business when my shoulder decides to give a quivering wave.

Anyone ever experience anything like this?  Feels bizarre.

Hey Merrida.I don't think mine are that noticeable where you can see it through my shirt but occasionally my chest on one side will start fluttering like it's being stimulated with electric shock.

I've always been more amused than concerned with mine.On the list of body parts of mine that are falling apart it doesn't rank very high.

But mine isn't bad enough to bother me so I don't think mine is in the same ballpark as yours'.

I have those flutters in my cheek/eye that started after taking my gabapentin. It's annoying to have my right cheek and eye fluttering and nothing I does stops it. Nothing to worry about according to my doctor and eventually it will settle out after a bit.

I'm not worried, it's just annoying. That sucker is really going to town.

I've had those in my eye before, and I felt like everyone thought I was winking at them.

I have those & have read about others who do too.. probably on the fibro forum. I don't know if mine are from fibro or myofascial pain.

Sometimes they happen when my body is on the way to totally relaxing,
When I am sitting or laying in bed,
sometimes while I doing a physical activity

Or after doing something..

physical therapy has set these spasms off many times, especially if it is waking up some long-unused group of muscles.

That said, therapy has helped me so much, in so many ways & my therapists helped me with these spasms too.

These aren't spasms, however, and they aren't transient. This has been twitching non-stop for 2 weeks. Just one little muscle in one little area, but it has a very loud voice!

It looks so funny, standing in the mirror, I can watch my shirt-sleeve flutter and wriggle. It doesn't hurt, nothing's tight, no pain. It's just this distracting sensation.

I've experienced muscle twitches in the past, to be sure. But never so consistently. Stubborn twitcharoo!

I was curious if anyone's experienced them for this long, non-stop. Just curious, not worried.
