i want to ask you pleaze guide me

i have been suffering from chronic constipation since child hood
i have lost weight
my every kind of pathology report are negative

medicane fiber every thing that has been unsucceful to solve my problem

i want to get surgery option of ileostomy
what i feel no one can belive me

it is possible to get ileostomy surgery for chronic constipation in which all of other treatment doesnt help ? i live in pakistan
plz help me . i am also student of mba

Welcome Muja to HW. We have several really good forums here that can better assist you and answer that question.

We actually have a Ostomies forum and they can probably give you more ideas.

Go to the top of your page and click "forums and chat " and scroll down to Ostomies and click on it.

Welcome to HW.I'm sorry that you've had this problem since childhood.Usually people that take pain medicine suffer from this.

One of my close friends has problems.Pain meds make it worse of course but he's not close to regular even without the pain meds.

He's resorted to taking a prescription medicine that's real expensive,even with insurance,when he needs help.

I would think some of the other forums here might have more information for you.

Hi!

I suffer from chronic narcotic bowel syndrome that causes constipation really bad... I was even hospitalized for five days in September. Ask your GI about Linzess... Its been a Godsend for me!
