Please pray for me :/

Going thru so much , got into a fight with my gf because i found out she was seeing this guy, she lives in my apartment in my name yet now by law i can not go their. today i had to go their with a cop to get my stuff. this isnt fair i had to say goodbye to my pet therapy dog missy the husky :( that dog did somuch for me (emotionally etc)
got scs and pump trial and now all this going on... im so down .. like i feel so low.. i havnt felt this low in a long time, everytime somthing goes somewhat good, it falls apart

sorry for posting this i had to get it out , no one to talk to, i feel alone and sigh idk

Don't be sorry for posting here... That's what we are here for. Shame on her for doing this to you. Any woman that would see another guy behind your back is not the one for you. Call the rental office tomorrow and let them know that you need your name off the lease asap or a bad situation can get much worse. Shecan trash the apartment and it'll ruin your name. I don't mean to scare you but I want you to know why its so important to get your name off.

I would try to appeal to her at a later date about the dog. Was it your dog originally or hers? And if you two can't work it out, I know nothing can replace then love of your pet... But there are pounds full of dogs and cats that are just waiting for someone to love them.

Things have been hard for me my whole life. I definitely have felt like things never get any easier but you know what? I'm usually wrong. You gotta hang in there and one day you'll be with your wife and you'll understand why all of this happened. There are still good days and good times coming your way. It may not feel that way right now but you mark my words its coming!

If you need to vent some more, feel free. We've all been in your shoes and we're happy to help. Holding it all in can cause your CP to flare and you definitely don't want that.

Please do as suggested and tomorrow get a ahold of the landlord and you can evict her if her names not on the lease! Check your state eviction laws.

If the dogs trained for you she cannot keep him. Its like taking someone's wheelchair!!

i was arrested for going back their the first time to get my stuff.. its bull she made up all this stuff when in reality all i did was break MY gps because that idiot left trips in it going to some guys house ... how smart. but i didint throw it or thorw it at her so this is all bs.

all i can do is move on, if my scs or pump trials go good , i plan on going back to school since i cant do nursing anymore, maybe pharmacist or somthing. atleast i got all my meds nothing was stolen , id be screwed if my patches were gone

Luie, sorry that you're going through this - it can make our physical issues so much worse when we are dealing with emotional stuff on top of it. Yes, the legalities of your situation can be a pain. The cops really can't do much, as it is considered a 'civil issue'. And if a person has set up residence in your home, i.e. name on lease, receives mail there, etc. - it can be a pain in the yazoo to get them out. If the person does something like obtain a restraining order against you, it can make it even harder to get them out (and in some jurisdictions, it doesn't take much to get an O.P.). Some suggestions: have ZERO contact with her - if you absolutely HAVE to for some reason, make sure it is with L.E. present or another neutral third-party in a public place; keep records of everything; as others have said, speak with an attorney and start eviction proceedings. Also, be sure to contact your landlord asap and let him/her know what is going on.

Hope some of that helps! Just take things one day, one hour, even one minute at a time - things will get better, I promise. (Try) to have a peaceful day....

Id take everyone's advice and steer clear of her. Got to be real careful getting an arrest record if your seriously considering pharmacy schools even techs!
