botox for pelvic floor tailbone pain

Getting injections for pelvic floor pain from hysterectomy done in May 2013. Has anyone gotten these and had success? Most of my pain is in the tailbone area. Drs say this will relax the levitator muscle which may be the cause. It also may not be related so its a trial and error process.

Hello Lizzy and welcome to the forum. I am not positive but I believe there was someone that did try the Botox. If you will use our search feature here at the forum & type in Botox Injections for pelvic floor pain you will be able to pull that info up if it is there. We do not have anyone currently here at the forum that has tried this as far as I know.
