I'm writing a paper for school on how the war on prescription drugs creates more hurdles for legimate patients than it does to prevent abuse... You posted this when I was smack dab in the middle of the last paragraph before my conclusion and it was soooo perfect that I added another paragraph! Thank you so much for sharing this! You know, I changed my pharmacy to where I work (a teaching hospital) and I haven't found any delays (yet). I thought I would suggest this as it might decrease the opportunity for delay. Bigger need = bigger shipment/more diversity in meds. A lot of folks don't know that you do not have to have received care to go to hospital pharmacies. At least not in our network (U of CA).

I have totally experienced delays with smaller or chain pharmacies.
