AngMichelle - I'm very sorry to hear about your ordeal here. I know my girl Amanda deals with vomiting and nausea nearly everyday. I looked up that gastroperesis and could honestly say the symptoms of that match everything Amanda goes through. I know it is off topic but I want to thank you for mentioning that as this is something we will be discussing with her GI MON morning.
I would be careful on how much MED you take while vomiting as someone had mentioned you don't really know what has been absorbed and what hasn't. I would alert the doctor/nurse first thing tomorrow(MON) morning and let them know of the latest events. Everytime Amanda has ever had trouble keeping her MED down I call the office at that very moment so it's documented.
Do you happen to take anything for the nausea? Zofran or Phenergan maybe?
As the others have suggested, you really need to alert your doctor/nurse whenever ANY new, suspicious or questionable symptoms of any sort happen. Nausea, Headache, Vomit, Rapid Heartbeat, BP need to be documented and let them decide what to do. A few days would be too long for me even to let go by before I call her DR and let them know whats going on. Keep us updated as to what they say to you.
I hope you feel better with the nausea and vomiting. I know it's very, very hard to deal with.
