I have just posted a recommendation on a multitude sclerosis thread for low dose naltrexone. But long before I got ms I was diagnosed Of vistibulitis, which later turned to vulvodynia. Fortunately in trying out low dose naltrexone for ms I have discovered it helps my vulvodynia. I have noticed a 50% improvement. And I had to share. Please Google low dose naltrexone. It helps alot of things, with no side effects. I believe because it boosts the immune system it's helped to cure something that never showed up in swabs. Like most people that have had vulvodynia for more than 10 years (diagnosed at 18 now 33 hardly ever had sex), I'd tried everything except surgery. It's not a cure but it's hope.
