Everyone effected by the time change remember to set your clocks ahead and take the hour into consideration when calculating your meds today. Finally it may seem like Springs on the horizon.

I was all shades of confused when I looked at the clocks!

I've actually been relatively "up" since around 1:30am, can't sleep (say it isn't so!).....been up and down, and didn't even notice.

I'll mourn the Winter (my favourite season). Yeah, yeah,...I know,...I know.... :P

Since my move to Kentucky last fall, I have yet to adjust to EST let alone this changing of the clocks. I had lived in Illinois since 87, and spent most of my life there before going into the service, so to say the least I got used to living on CST, and I also got used to having prime time TV at 7 at night and the late night news coming on at ten PM, and having it be light or at least dawn by 7 AM in the morning. But not here in Kentucky or on their blasted EST!!!! Prime time TV does not come on till 8 at night, and the late night news does not come on till eleven! And now that we have moved the clocks forward we are now back to being in the dark again at 7 and even 7:30 in the morning! Will I ever get my internal clock back to normal!!!! LOL

Just my thoughts concerning this thread!

though spring may be on the horizon, don't think here in metro detroit that winter is done. it's around mid 40's today and tomorrow night and wednesday were suppose to get yet another winter storm.
the way they have been talking maybe about 4 plus inches of snow. PFFT!!! typical michigan weather.
