Chronic lower back pain for 11 years

Hi all. I wander whether anyone else has had a similar experience and has any other ideas. I slipped a disc in my thoracic spine 11 Years ago, since then I have suffered tight stiff muscles, spasms and pain. This led to lower back pain stiffness muscle spasms sciatica down my left side pain nerve pain limited mobility and hip pain constantly. I have had physio hydrotherapy swimming chiropractic treatment acupuncture. I use ice I have had heat, a tens machine and back supports. I have had an epidural. I have been managing my condtion which has been diagnosed as slipped discs sciatica musculo skeletal problems and also fibromyalgia. I have done pain management. I have been told that there is nothing else that can be tried. I have tried all painkillers. I now do my own physio exercises, relaxation positive thinking swimming when I can and see a chiropractor. Has anyone else has a similar experience, any ideas that may help that I haven't tried yet? Any help advice welcome
