I had a right frozen shoulder 2 1/2 yrs ago, following shoulder surgery. One month of theraphy & it froze. Then had manipulation under anesthesia (bad experience) and 4 months of extreme painful theraphy.
Now my left shoulder is frozen. I knew right away and started the exercises that I knew from my other shoulder. After 6 weeks it seemed to be getting worse, so went to therapist (different one). First they thought I had tendinitus, but 1 one later they agreed it was adheisive capulitus (frozen shoulder) This time I'm trying just theraphy, but it seems worse because the adhesions have to pop. When the therapist pulls my arm back I instantly get a headache & nausea from the pain. But the other day my body shook & I cried uncontollably. Couldn't stop. That's my backround. But both times not only did I have pain, couldn't sleep, also my arm burns so even my hand is on fire. I was diagnosed by a neurologist as having dysesthesia pain after radiation. It is magnified & can be a burning pain. Has anyone who had frozen shoulder ever experience this burning pain 24/7 ?
