Invaluable info, you are the tops for research! I notice that this list is put out by the American Academy of Pain Management. I have been familiar with the AAPM for several years. They have published what I consider to be a definitive book on opioid treatment titled: " Opioid Treatment in the 21st Century". It is published by the Oxford American Pain Library and is available from Amazon. It is a great background book as well as a guide for opioid therapy. I highly recommend it to all who are facing long term opioid treatment . . . Q
