Hi disabled & welcome.
So sorry to hear what you are dealing with. Any infected wound is pretty rotten to deal with, but Psuedomonas is even more so,
I understand your hesitation to be in hospital - but one problem with the pseudomonas bacteria is that it's very good at mutating and becoming resistant to most commonly used antibiotics and of those that are left, almost all need to be given IV and can be quite hard on your body.
I'm not sure where you live or what sort of hospital/nursing systems might be set up where you are, but maybe it's possible to see whether there is a "hospital in the home" type service available? If you're not familiar with it, this is (at least as far as giving antibiotics goes) getting you into hospital for the first couple of days and setting you up with either regular IV or PICC line, then sending you home and a nurse visits each day to check on you and give you the meds. Depends of course on what sort of meds you need and how often you need them.
Very best of luck.
