did u see greys anatomy? spinal seizures?

so on greys anatomy, there was the girl with an arm fracture, that cause chronic pain no body could help. Of course within minutes they find she has "spinal seizures" causing burst of pain to her arm. Dr. McDreamy does surgery and she is just pain free in hours....

I was curious is this a real condition?? Worth googling I guess.
