Please be careful! Bad fall 2wks post op

Somehow I managed to totally fall while getting out of the shower last night. I had major shoukder surgery 2 weeks ago, and at my final landing spot my shoulder was totally behind my back.
Paramedics & myself were convinced the arm was broken as well as the leg but PRAISE GOD no fractures, and we will only know if i danaged surgery repairs after Ortho follow up.
The pain was vad, but the fear of re-injuring the shoulder was so frightening!
I'm sore all over but just grateful it wasn't worse. & i guess the surgery was good bc my shoulder did not dislocate!

Just a reminder to please be careful and take care if yourselves!

Thanks for allowing me to vent and the support you all give!

I'm a newbie not often I find sites like this one to share. are there is there anyone on this site who has RSD or corpal tunnel I could sure use some input. also I would like to talk to someone who has fallen more then once without breaking the hip bone but maybe u have a cliking in the hip joint. thanx for your time

AngMichelle - how scary, I am so glad you are OK. I have a huge fear of falling too, my mother had a fall that ultimately begin her downward spiral that eventually took her life.
