Please recommend surgeons for adhesiolysis surgery for adhesions

Hi, I finally want to get surgery now since Im done trying everything else and nothing worked for this pain. I had kidney surgery one year ago, and since then I have constant pain in my right upper quadrant, around chest area. I have been told by physiotherapists that its scar tissue, but their treatments seem to have had little effect on pain. I was thinking if someone can tell me any surgeons worldwide who perform surgeries for scar tissue/ adhesions.

So far I was thinking Dr Kruschinski in German and Clark Gerhart in Pennsylvania US. If someone can give me more names so I can research and decide who to go with. Thanks

Is there a reason you need more than a local good general surgeon?

I'm going to ask my general surgeon, who did a bunch of my colon surgeries, about scar tissue and have him do a colonoscopy to see if anything else is going on first. I'm past due for the scope since I tend to grow polyps. He does laparoscopic surgery, which I much prefer to open, because the recovery is shorter and less painful. My surgeon will do scopes, and I don't trust most gastro docs, with all my intestinal re-routing. The gastro I fired is way too rough. (I used to be able to get them awake, but my diaphragm won't stand the pressures now.)

I'm planning on waiting as long as I can stand it to get anything done about adhesions from the last 6 years of several abdominal surgeries. They're not usually a big deal, and there's one caveat: more surgery will generate more scar tissue. So, adhesion lysis is something I only want once, if at all.

Hi Im from Toronto Canada , and I spoke with some general surgeons here who said they wont do surgery in absence of any findings on imaging. Another problem I have here is I can't find any adhesiolysis surgeon who does surgery or specialize in surgery for scar tissue/ adhesions in all of Canada let alone my local city.

As for US, I know not anyone will just do surgery on me. But Im sure there are few surgeons in USA, I have read about them on their website, who perform/ specialize in this surgery adhesiolysis which is surgery for scar tissue. And since scar tissue/ adhesions don't show on any exams, so that means they are open to doing surgery even if tests are negative as long as patient has symptoms like pain.
The two surgeons I listed, I contacted them via email and they are willing to help. Since my post, I found few more who do this surgery. I plan to go US for consultation, since they do this adhesions surgery and my symptoms match pretty much, Im sure someone will be willing to help.
I was just looking for more names to consult with, or if someone here personally had any experience with a surgeon who I can meet.
