Pharmacy just called me said can;t fill my pain meds

The pharmacist that has been filling my pain meds for a while is retiring and the pharmacy says they can't fill my oxecodone and morphine I have had 7 spinal surgeries I can't make it with out my meds I also have a infection right now in my hardware and am looking at another surgery had mri and ct scans last week I got this call today they are no longer going to fill my medicines anybody have or know what I should do I have all my medicial records that prove I need these meds

I sure wish I could say" well this is something new" but unfortunately its not! Start with your Dr and see if they have a idea,sometimes drs have a close relationship with a particular RPH,then start calling and you won't get a lot of info via the phone but you will get a NO if they won't or can't fill leaving you with a list of possibilities to go in and talk to the RPH explaining what happened. Even if you can get one of them it's better than neither and we are seeing the biggest issues from ppl filling multiple narcotics even if it's just two. We have several members that have had to have a pain pump placement just because they could not fill meds on a consistent basis. Very frustrating for us.
